Where are Smthgood Sellers based?
At the moment, our Sellers are mostly based in the Asia Pacific and the neighboring regions. We will welcome Sellers from other parts of the globe in the future so please stay tuned and follow us!
Can buyers filter product listings based on the Seller’s location?
Yes, buyers can filter products based on seller location. Thanks to our AI product tagging system, they can also filter based on other categories such as occasions, colors, etc. as well.
As a Seller, where can I find my product reviews?
Reviews are in the “Ratings and Reviews” section of Mobile App/ Web App "Seller Profile".
How can I change my password?
If it is your first time logging in, please refer to “What is the onboarding process for a new Seller?”.
If you need to reset your password, please follow the steps below:
1. Head to Smthgood Seller Dashboard Login Page.
2. Click “Forgot password”
3. Enter your registered email address and a password reset email will be sent to your inbox.
4. From the email, click into the URL which will bring you to the “Reset Password” window. Set your new password and proceed by clicking “Confirm”.
5. Reset Password Success!
Can I close my shop?
You can request to deactivate or delete your seller account by reaching out to Smthgood team. Otherwise, you can delete your account via the mobile app “Account Settings” page. Please note that this will lead to deletion of both buyer and seller accounts under the same email address.
All outstanding fulfillment or payments need to be addressed before closing the account. You cannot remove your shop if you have any outstanding orders.
You will still be invoiced if you have any outstanding fees or payments with Smthgood.
We reserve the rights to close any shop that violates our platform guidelines.
