How are Sellers notified of new orders? How long does Sellers take to process their orders?

When a Buyer places an order, a Seller will receive an email notification via its Smthgood registered email address. 

A notification will be sent to the Seller’s inbox in its Smthgood app and the order will be reflected in the Seller Dashboard.

We require Sellers to ship within 5 days of receiving an order and strongly encourage Sellers to ship as soon as possible to ensure a high level of customer service. 

Smthgood reserves the right to cancel any orders not shipped by the 10th day. 

We monitor our Sellers for shipping reliability (particularly if the 5th day from order date has passed) and will take any needful actions necessary to ensure a pleasant experience for our users. 

If an order is not fulfilled, Sellers will receive shipping reminders as follows:

- 3rd day from order date.

- 5th day from order date.

- 9th day from order date.

- 10th day from order date. 

Sellers are strongly encouraged to wrap an order sustainably using recyclable or biodegradable shipping materials.

Seller is required to have a tracking number when they ship.

Once a Seller has shipped a product, Sellers should change the shipping status on their Sellers Dashboard to " Shipped out".

Sellers are advised to monitor the delivery progress of their orders and to update the order status to “ Mark as Completed” once the order has been delivered, as per tracking site.
