Shipping and Fulfillment

When a user places an order, the Seller will receive an email notification via its Smthgood registered email address. 

A notification will also be sent to the Seller’s inbox in its Smthgood app and the order will be reflected in the Sellers Dashboard.

Sellers will have to take care of their respective order fulfillment. 

Smthgood does not have any requirements on which logistics provider to use and Sellers have full flexibility to use their preferred logistics provider. We highly suggest a reliable logistics partner.
