Store Policies

Sellers are required to ship within 5 days of receiving an order and are strongly encouraged to ship as soon as possible to ensure a high level of customer service.

Smthgood reserves the right to cancel any orders not shipped by the 10th day. 

Of course, the above does not apply if you have already agreed to a different shipping arrangement with the buyer separately.

Sellers are strongly encouraged to wrap an order sustainably using recyclable or biodegradable shipping materials.

To be fair to the brands on Smthgood and to maintain good service quality, we will be monitoring brands on their shipping reliability and reserve the right to take any necessary actions. 

Sellers have the discretion to set their own store policies including but not restricted to the following:

- Shipping Policy 

- Cancellation Policy 

- Exchange and Refund Policy 

In "Seller Profile" of the Smthgood App, Sellers are able to use the text boxes of the different Store Policy sections to stipulate additional conditions for Users: eg. Users need to email Sellers first before requesting for a refund etc.

We also suggest Sellers to include certain "best" and "common" accepted policies.
