How do Sellers receive payouts from Smthgood?

Smthgood Sellers Payout Schedules

Smthgood's monthly seller reconciliation will be processed monthly, before the 25th of the month.

Only orders that were shipped out by 21st of the month (Singapore time) will be considered for the reconciliation cycle. Any orders shipped out after, will only be included in the following month's cycle.

For Sellers in countries where Stripe is present:

Sellers will receive their payout directly via Stripe. Stripe will automatically deduct Smthgood charges and the relevant Stripe charges.

If there are any monetary reconciliations needed as a result of Smthgood marketing campaigns or buyers using the Smthgood coins reward system, Smthgood will make the necessary payout by the 25th of each month.

To minimize inefficiency of bank charges for payouts that are small in monetary value, Smthgood may impose a minimum payout transfer amount before effecting a payout.

If the day of the transfer happens to fall on a public holiday in Singapore, the funds will then be transferred on the next working day.

For Sellers in countries where Stripe is absent:

After a Buyer makes a payment, the payment will first enter Smthgood's Stripe account. Smthgood will pay the relevant Stripe gateway charges on Sellers behalf.

By the 25th of each month, Smthgood will transfer into the Seller’s designated bank account proceeds from the sale after deducting Smthgood charges which include a) Smthgood commission, b) Stripe gateway and foreign exchange charges that Smthgood had previously paid on behalf of Sellers and c) any other foreign exchange costs, if any. We do not charge any form of markup so Sellers can be assured that the Stripe related costs is a straight pass through.
