Manual Product Upload

If you do not have many products, you can keep it simple and upload your inventory manually! 

For manual upload, you will need to have the following product information ready: 

1. Product Name
2. Description (not too long; straightforward)
3. Product images (add up to 20 images and 1 video ; max file size 1MB)
4. Price & Discount (if any)
5. Inventory information (quantity, barcode)
6. Options (sizes, colors)
7. Variants 
8. Shipping weight
9. Size charts

1. Input your product information and details into their respective fields. 

2. You’ll need to assign the product with the following:

a. Status: Active, Draft, Archive

b. Smthgood values

c. Collections

d. Size Guide

3. Click " Generate Tags".

Our Smthgood AI tagging tool uses fashion computer vision to help Sellers supplement their existing tags. It generates tags for different product traits and characteristics such as ‘ Occasions’ ‘Category’, ‘Colour’. The auto-generated tags do not overwrite your existing tags.

4. Tags generated are automatically set as Active status. Deselect those tags you do not want make it visible to buyers (text colour lightens). After which, you can either “ Preview on the App”, “Duplicate Product”, “Delete Product” or click “Save” if you’re ready to publish the listing.
