What is the onboarding process for a new Seller?
If you have not registered to be a new Seller, please refer to “How do I qualify as a Seller on Smthgood?”.
Once your Seller account has been verified by Smthgood team, we will send you an email with a link to our Seller Dashboard, together with an auto generated password. You can then use it to access Smthgood Seller dashboard to reset your password and you can start setting up your storefront from there! For the Seller Onboarding deck, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team at help@Smthgoodco.com or our Business Development representative and we’ll share it with you to get you started!
After creating an account as a Seller, can I still access the Buyer’s shopping interface with the same set of credentials?
Yes, you can! The same set of login credentials allows you to access all the other functionalities of the Smthgood mobile app including our shopping and Lookbook features.

What are the functions of Smthgood Seller Dashboard?
There are 5 core functions of the Sellers Dashboard: Orders, Products, Promotions, Shipping and Wallet.
