What happens if I am in a dispute with a Seller?

A dispute occurs when a buyer and a seller can’t resolve a problem with a purchase directly between themselves. Raising a dispute should be the absolute last resort. You should always try to solve your questions by communicating directly with the Seller first.

Disputes take some time and often require the buyer and seller to provide evidence of their role in the transaction and product delivery.

If you are purchasing a product from a Seller with a Stripe account (e.g. Sellers in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia), you may also raise your dispute with Stripe.

If you are raising a dispute with Sellers who do not have a Stripe account (e.g. Philippines, Indonesia), please send your information to help@smthgoodco.com and we shall endeavor to assist you in resolving the situation.
