How do I get a refund or an exchange?
Each Seller on the Smthgood platform has their own refund and cancellation policies.
Please ensure that you read the policies of each Seller before purchasing as certain Sellers may not allow refunds.
If the Sellers allow refunds, you can go to your Profile page > Orders page to initiate cancellation of your order.
We respectfully request that you tell us the reasons for your cancellation so that we can improve your shopping experience.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be reflected in your bank account or credit card amount.
