How can I buy a product?
- Add a product to your Shopping Cart:
To add a product to your cart, simply click "
Add to Cart". The product will then be added to your cart. You can select products from different stores and add them all to your cart. Products in your cart will be organized by stores. Products from different stores can all be paid for at the same time!
- Go to your Shopping Cart, and follow these steps:
- Select a shipping method. If you do not see shipping options for your country, please contact the seller, who may be able to find a solution for you.
- Confirm product quantity. Enter the number of products in the quantity box.
- Click "Check out" and follow these steps:
- Enter shipping details, billing address.
- Select a payment method.
(You can pay with credit/debit card)
- Use Smthgood coins/promo code.
(You will be able to see your outstanding Smthgood coins during checkout and use the coin slider to indicate how many coins you will like to redeem. If you have a promo code, you can also input promo code to enjoy the specific discount.)
- Double check the order summary, which includes: number of products, shipping fee, Smthgood coins, and promo code.
- Click "Place order":
Our system will automatically notify the shop of your order. You can check the order confirmation on your email, and check order status on the app.
