Checklist for your Product

Before you set your new products to 'Active' status on your Seller Dashboard, we recommend all sellers to go through the list below to ensure that all information are in place.

• Product Shipping weight

If your product is Shopify Integrated, we suggest that you review and edit your product shipping weight directly on your Shopify Dashboard.

The daily sync will push the latest changes over to Smthgood Seller Dashboard.

This information is important as Smthgood uses product's weight to calculate buyer's shipping fees. (if you leave your weight as 0kg, buyer checks out with free shipping!)

• Product Category, Occasions and Tags

This information is important as Smthgood uses these as 'product tags' to optimize buyers' experience on the mobile app.

• Size guides for your product is uploaded. (if applicable)
